Sales By Source, Region, Product or User

Sales team report gives you insights, a visual overview of your sales divided into different categories, split by-products, salesperson, source, and region. These filters help you to measure your team’s performance For future decisions.



(1) Sales By Source Report: identify your team performance, understand where most of your deals are coming from, and improve your sales processes.


Go to Sales Sales By Source: It plots the percentages based on the info you supplied when you added a deal. You can add more source by clicking on the '+' sign indicated below.




You will be redirected to this page where you can add new sources from where you get your Deals or delete other sources.



(2) Sales By Region Report: 

 

Sales Regions are the places where you do business. Revamp CRM allows you to document the Sales Region of each Deal to better analyze sales data and create effective strategies.


To Add Sales Region 

  • Click on the Gear Icon next to your profile picture at the top right of the page and choose Settings
  • In the Settings page, choose Sales Region as highlighted in the image below
  • +Add New
  • Save

In the Add Deal pop-up, just click on Advanced, Add New button under Region name and define a new Sales Region name, then it is saved along with the created deal.




(3)  Sales By Product Report:


Revamp CRM helps you keep a product catalog which provides significant data for sales reporting and for future forecasts for your business.


To Add a Product 

  • Click on the Gear Icon next to your profile picture at the top right of the page and choose Settings
  • In the Settings page, choose Product as highlighted in the image below
  • +Add New
  • Save




Here's Another way to add product:


In the Add Deal pop-up, just click on Advanced, Add New button under product name and define a new product name, then it is saved along with the created deal.




(4) Sales By User Report:

 

Make better decisions for your business, monitor your team's performance, compare and contrast and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team as well as each individual member's contribution to Sales. 


To access this report, if you are on an Online Store plan go to Deals > Sales By User

If you are on a Small Business plan go to Sales > Sales By User





(5) Sales funnel: 


Use your Sales Funnel Report to track the progress of Deals as they move through your funnel and identify the stages where you are winning and losing deals. This will help you to discover trends and patterns that can help improve your sales process.
