Revamp CRM allows you to easily customize how your app looks


Note: Menu tabs are different from Orange to Pineapple plans.

In eCommerce plan the "Pineapple Plan":  

Menu tabs are: Store Analytics - Customers - Wholesale - Marketing - Tasks - Tickets

Store Analytics: Has all related store analytics and reports, it contains the store Sales, Products revenue, Abandoned Cart report and much more

Customers: All your customers will be imported from Shopify or Bigcommerce and you will be able to create different lists and segments to know your customers better.

Wholesale: Here's where you can manage all your wholesale deals and business.

Marketing: Here you can create and monitor your Newsletter and Marketing Automations

Tasks: You can manage your internal operations and assign tasks to your team members

Tickets: This is your Revamp CRM Helpdesk where you can manage your customers tickets


For Small Business plan "Orange Plan":

Menu tabs are: Customers - Sales - Marketing - Tasks - Tickets 

Customers: All your customers will be imported from your Google Contacts, Web Forms or any other sources and you will be able to create different lists and segments to know your customers better.

Sales: Here's where you can manage all your deals and opportunities 

Marketing: Here you can create and monitor your Newsletter and Marketing Automation

Tasks: You can manage your team productivity and assign tasks to your team members

Tickets: This is your Revamp CRM Helpdesk where you can manage your customers tickets


You can hide some of the tabs in the main navigation menu if you don't need them.



Hover the cursor over the Gear Icon and choose Settings from the drop-down menu

From the list on the left of the page, choose Menu as shown in the image below

Choose which tabs you want to Show or Hide and click Save



Note: The Orange Plan does not include the Store Analytics Tab
